**About the Position**:
We are seeking a motivated Public Relations Supervisor to join our team.

This role is 100% on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive PR plans and strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Generate compelling press releases, articles, and other written materials to effectively communicate clients' messages.
- Coordinate media outreach efforts, including pitching stories, securing placements, and managing interview opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including mentoring, training, and reviewing their work.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, and creative to integrate PR efforts with broader initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in public relations, with a focus on healthcare clients or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including industry trends, regulations, and key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns that drive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated media relations expertise, with a network of contacts in healthcare and related sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership skills and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
