Entry Level Receptionist/office Assistant

Better Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, upbeat, personable, punctual, and reliable person to fill a full-time position as a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant. This is an essential part of our team. We are looking for someone who is very detail-oriented and can complete tasks efficiently with minimum supervision. Previous experience as a receptionist and scheduling is a plus but not necessary. We will provide all the necessary training.
**Job Description**:
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Staying up to date on the daily call list
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Checking Patients in and out
- Verifying insurance
- Handling payments and billing
- Organizing patient records and files
- Taking inventory of any supplies or products
- Laundry
- Keeping the office clean
Skills Required:
- Computer Literate in Excel, Word, Data Entry, Spreadsheets, etc.
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Ability to Prioritize daily tasks in a busy environment
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must be a Self Starter and able to work independently
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Pay:$14.50/hour. Bonuses can be earned weekly and monthly to reward hard work.
