**Overview**: MMI Storage Solutions has been supplying retail, agriculture, and other industries for over 30 years. We design, manufacture, and install high-density mobile shelving systems to save space and increase storage capacity. MMI offers a complete turnkey one-stop-shop for all customer’s storage needs and has been a leader in the retail space for decades.

**Salary Range**: $70K-$75K base DOE + Commission (no ceiling & no territory limitations)

**Purpose of Position**:Generate new sales through B2B selling, provide competitive industry quotes, and exercise exemplary customer service to retail customers and emerging markets alike. Support prospects in a manner that promotes revenue growth and profitability, customer service, product and industry education, and overall growth and forward movement of the MMI brand in both retail and agriculture.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Research prospective accounts needing our solutions/qualify leads
- Creatively target the right contact/buyer and establish a relationship in an effort to obtain floor plans and start designing/pricing a space saving concept
- Conduct product demos/presentations
- Manage CRM
- Collaborate with all internal departments to deliver excellent customer service and experience at all stages of project lifecycle
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and quantitative reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, weekly sales sheets, customer lead summaries, expense reports, customer lists and completed customer information packets
- Analyze and provide solutions to increase efficiency and production in a variety of markets requiring a space saving solution
- Network, collaborate with, and understand the needs of all industry participants, including investors, facility operators, cultivators, and purchasers
- Attend industry events and trade shows
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and services
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and/or participating in professional societies
- Establish a social media presence to promote the experience our customers will have working with you and MMI
- Promote ancillary products; ensure other staff is trained properly to drive sales
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding customer service
- Excellent listening, negotiating, and presentation skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of basic financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement)
- Work experience using MS office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Share Point, Skype)
- Previous work experience in cannabis cultivation or retail sales; extensive product knowledge in either arena required
- Understanding client behavior and industry trends
- Ability to quickly learn and become a solution provider

**Compensation **includes a salary commensurate with experience, eligibility for additional compensation by way of commission, participation in group health and other insurance plans upon eligibility, employer match in a company sponsored 401(k) plan, expense account, paid time off and more.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
