Maintenance Supervisor

Rushmore Management is looking for an experienced **Maintenance Supervisor **to join our incredible team in Maryland. We are seeking to fill a position at one of our multifamily communities in Baltimore, MD. Our company is in its second decade of premier property management, with real estate and management holdings across the mid-Atlantic region. We are seeking an experienced, talented, ambitious, and growth-oriented employee to fill this position. Individual will be responsible for the maintenance supervision and service issues of assigned multifamily residential property and staff. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, property efficiency, tenant quality of life, and teamwork.

**Only applicants with 2 years or more of maintenance supervisor experience will be considered**

**Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour**

**Duties include**:

- Organizing and leading the maintenance technicians’ team through assigning schedules, tasks, and accountability.
- Accounting for and maintaining responsibility for all property facility systems, handling maintenance emergencies, meeting with contractors and vendors, and overseeing supply needs for the property.
- Completing maintenance tickets and unit turnovers. Must be knowledgeable in the basics of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance troubleshooting and repair, carpentry, drywall patching and repair, and other general maintenance tasks as they arise.
- Communicating with the property manager and working closely with team members to complete service requests and unit make-readies in a timely fashion with high-quality craftsmanship.
- Participating in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- Maintaining the property shop in an organized manner.
- Sharing your knowledge with coworkers and assisting each other when challenges arise.
- Going above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.
- Managing your time wisely.
- Anticipating problems that residents may have before they even occur.

**Stipulations**:
All Maintenance Managers must have a reliable vehicle and possess and bring their own hand tools.

**Compensation**:
