**Position Summary**:The Program Evaluation Specialist II is responsible for coordinating, managing, and implementing internal program evaluation activities for one or more Youth Guidance programs. This role collaborates within the Department of Evaluation & Quality Improvement (EQI) and with other YG departments and programs to evaluate the fidelity, quality, performance, and outcomes of YG programs to support continual quality improvement goals and to meet grant/contract deliverables. This role is key to supporting program quality and sustainability through a data-driven learning culture.

**Essential Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development and implementation of data collection measures and
- Conduct routine analysis on program process and outcome
- Prepare reports and analysis for presentation to
- Develop QI tools and approaches in collaboration with senior EQI
- Serve as a liaison to one or more YG program teams or departments to facilitate 2-way communication and ensure the team is connected to EQI resources and supports.
- Attend program implementation and/or leadership meetings as needed to communicate, provide support, and learn and understand program implementation.
- Support program teams in interpreting process and outcome data for utilization in Continuous Quality Improvement cycles and annual strategic planning.
- Provide training and support to program teams for internal evaluation and quality improvement
- Collaborate with senior EQI staff and related program leadership to develop annual evaluation plans and logic models, including the specification of metrics.
- Serve as primary lead on various EQI
- Adhere to project timelines and communicate any
- Represent the EQI team on internal and external committees and
- Collaborate around the development and implementation of culturally responsive and equitable program
- Perform other duties as

**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience/Training**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferably in a field related to counseling,

education or business; Master’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in program evaluation, data analysis or quality improvement. Non-profit sector experience, preferred

**Skills/Abilities**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work well in group and team settings
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with statistical software, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and/or SQL preferred
- Experience with databases
- Interpersonal skills that excel in cultural sensitivity and respect for differences
- Committed to working with disadvantaged youth and those who support them
