Automotive Service Advisor

**We are looking for fast pace and self driven teammates to join our organization.**

**The selected individual will**:

- Greet customers and gather information from them to complete service request form
- Prepare estimates
- Follow up with customers on repairs, quotes, and general information
- _Work _with foreman/technicians to ensure repairs are performed in a timely manner
- Prepare invoices, repair cards, warranty cards and reports.
- Research parts/vehicle info when needed
- Collect payment from customers; and
- other duties as assigned

The **Service Advisor **must:

- have excellent customer service skills
- be detail oriented and be able to multi-task
- be able to _work _in a team environment and autonomously
- be able to effectively deal with issues as they arise

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

**Experience**:

- Service Writing: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- RO Writer System: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Victoria, TX: Relocate before starting work (required)
