**About the Job**:
This is a contracted position to provide on-site client support, _with the current opportunity for routine telework_. This position will provide expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership focused on National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) and Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG) GEOINT Training Partner Engagement activities. Supports the government lead in areas, such as: policy, standards, responsibilities, emerging GEOINT training requirements, and other related topics, as necessary.

**Duties include**:

- Identifying additional sources of content to develop GEOINT bodies of knowledge to support
- Development of professional certifications. Assist with the development
- Facilitation expertise to maintain and build partnerships with GEOINT organizations to achieve
- Strategic human capital objectives and incorporate certification data into learning systems across the National System for Geospatial Intelligence.

**You Have**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within a related field
- 7+ years of related experience
- Experience in training, learning, education, or professional certification demonstrating familiarity with learning objectives, professional competencies
- Experience with managing a wide range of relationship among diverse client populations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to comprehend, apply, and develop policy, processes, and procedures to administer certification programs
- TS/SCI clearance

**Nice if you have**
- Experience in consulting with Department of Defense and/or Intelligence Community clients
- Experience in creating learning objectives and training standards, curriculum management, training course design and development
- Experience analyzing professional competencies and proficiency, leading work role studies, job task analysis (JTA), certification test or assessment development
- Knowledge of professional certification best practices and industry standards
- Knowledge of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) and DoD human capital policies and operations
- Masters or PhD of Education, Instructional Systems Design, or Industrial Organizational Psychology (I/O)

**Clearance**

A Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required for this position.
