We have a seasoned management team and supervisory staff, along with a highly trained workforce, that enable us to safely perform our work in many high-risk/high-hazard environments, such as: 24/7 emergency response, confined space, deep/difficult excavations, fall protection, high-scale rope access, tunnels, helicopter operations, and adverse site/weather conditions.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manages overall concrete operations and is jointly responsible for project success, including profitability, safety, schedule, quality and client satisfaction
- Adherence to Syblon Reid’s Code of Business Conduct
- Assist Estimating with production rates, means & methods and form system selection
- Quantify, document, mitigate/resolve issues in the field in a timely manner
- Ensures work is executed according to contract terms and conditions
- Development of project schedule as required by the owner/client
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the SRC Project Quality Control Program
- Responsible for oversight/implementation of SRC Safety Plan on projects.
- Assist with development and implementation of Project-Specific Safety Plans
- Collaborates with Project Management Staff in development of construction plans, procurement plans, environmental plan, project cost controls, quality management and safety plans and risk management plans for successful execution of project goals.
- Conducts weekly coordination meetings with project teams and reports back to Operations Manager
- Ensures documentation of constructability issues, potential design conflicts and ensures timely resolution
- Provides leadership, guidance and mentorship to Field Staff (Foreman & Craft)
- Communicates effectively with owners, teams and other stakeholders to maintain a positive/ productive environment
- Oversees and contributes to development of construction plans for the successful execution of the work performed.
- Assists project team in the review of concrete form drawings, mix design/form submittals, change orders and purchase/rental contracts.

**Position Requirements**
- Preferred 7 or more years of field experience as a concrete foreman/superintendent actively in the field
- Preferred additional 5-8 years in a supervisory capacity managing multiple foreman/superintendents on multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential.
- Proficient in concrete construction means and methods, scheduling, cost control procedures, general contract/conditions, subcontract documents, drawings, specifications and safety
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong and positive interpersonal skills
- Possesses a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Overnight travel required.
- Must have and maintain acceptable driving record as required by insurance company.
- Ability to successfully complete criminal background check.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug screen.
