**Duties**:

- Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, measuring height and weight, and recording patient information
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Assist with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
- Perform basic laboratory tests such as urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and assist with patient service needs
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and update electronic health records
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment

Qualifications:

- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficient in performing vital signs measurements accurately
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
- Experience with cardiology is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
