We manufacture a wide array of products and are poised for significant online growth. As we venture into this new era, we are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist who is ready to take the reins of our new division and drive our digital sales initiatives.

We are looking for a seasoned E-Commerce Specialist with proven experience in selling and managing online businesses, particularly on platforms like Amazon and eBay. This role involves everything from the ground up - setting up, listing, maintaining, and managing our e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for handling logistics, optimizing our sales strategies, and potentially setting up new e-commerce channels such as Shopify and Google Merchant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and manage our e-commerce presence on platforms including but not limited to Amazon and eBay.
- Develop and maintain product listings, descriptions, and images to maximize sales and improve customer experience.
- Handle all aspects of logistics, from order processing to shipping coordination.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to optimize listings and strategies.
- Explore and establish additional e-commerce platforms to enhance our market reach.
- Ensure seamless integration and synchronization of online sales channels with our existing inventory systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align online strategies with broader company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with Amazon and eBay sales platforms; familiarity with Shopify, Google Merchant, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital sales strategies and e-commerce logistics.
- Excellent analytical skills to derive insights from sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work independently to launch and manage online business initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
