Customer Service Representative

**Introduction**

The Customer Service Representative is an opportunity that may be the right fit if you enjoy a challenge, have a history of exceeding performance goals, are persistent, and have high energy.
- Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective store operations.
- Assists customers dropping off and picking drycleaning
- Invoicing drycleaning and laundry
- Assisting in assembly and bagging of drycleanng and laundry
- Customer interaction in person and by phone
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Models a customer comes first attitude and delivers legendary customer service

**Job Requirements**

Ability to act with a customer comes first attitude and deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations in a fast-paced team environment
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and team
- building skills
- Excellent phone skills required
- Reliable transportation a must

**Work Hours**:
**Part Time Afternoons M-F until 6 and alternate Saturdays 10-2**

**Job Type**: Full or Part Time

**Salary**: $16.00-18.00 /hour
