Access Medical Laboratories is the nation’s premier specialty diagnostic laboratory. We offer a broad menu of testing from blood, saliva and urine samples. Tests are performed at our 25,000 square -foot ultra - automated facility in Jupiter Florida. By providing blood testing within 24hrs we are able to deliver the most up to date information with speed, mobility, and convenience.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated sales assistant with strong communication skills that will support our Sales team’s vision for exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Vice President of Sales to ensure that company goals and objectives remain on schedule
- Prioritizes scheduling, time management and conflicting needs
- Handles matters expeditiously, proactively, while maintaining confidentiality
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Handling calendar management, preparation of agendas, meetings, travel arrangements, teleconferences, client management, and other company logistics
- Supporting sales representatives or managers by preparing sales reports, generating sales quotes, and assisting with sales presentations or demonstrations
- Performing various administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, maintaining customer records, and updating sales databases or CRM systems
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities and timely resolution of issues
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of products and services offered by the company to effectively assist customers and promote sales
- Additional tasks may be assigned at any time by the supervisor

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5+ years’ experience in administrative role reporting directly to executive management
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Experience working in Salesforce is a plus
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- Maintaining a positive attitude and enjoys a challenge
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8 hour shift

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
