Are you a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for precision? Do you have a knack for accurate measurements and a passion for amazing customer service? If so, we are seeking a Door and Window Measure Tech to join our team at State 48 Door & Window, LLC. This is not a sales position, the customers are already under contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Door and Window Measure Tech, your primary responsibilities will include:
Precise Measurements**:Accurately measure doors and windows for residential retrofit projects, ensuring the proper fit and function.**

Effective Client Interactions**:Excellent communication skills while booking measurement appointments with customers and when inside customer's homes.**

Documentation**:Record and maintain precise measurements and specifications, keeping comprehensive records for production and installation teams.**

Team Collaboration**:Work closely with our design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.**

**Qualifications**:
While training is available, to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Strong Attention to Detail**:Exceptional precision and accuracy when measuring doors and windows.**

Excellent Communication**:Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues effectively via emal, text and in-person.**

Technical Proficiency**:Familiarity with measuring tools and equipment used in the trade.**

Problem-Solving Skills**: Capacity to identify and address measurement challenges.**

Client-Focused**:A commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting their needs.**

Prior Experience**:Previous experience in window and door installation/measuring or a related field is advantageous.**
