Construction Superintendent

**Role Overview**: As a Superintendent with mechanical construction experience, you will play a pivotal role in managing our construction projects. You'll be immersed in the field, overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding and motivating teams to deliver high-quality results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize and oversee construction procedures, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings for compliance.
- Perform mechanical take-offs and ensure blueprint comprehension.
- Foster positive customer relations and address their needs effectively.
- Identify and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy construction, with a focus on mechanical systems.
- Strong leadership and management skills in field operations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Foxit PDF, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
