Site Superintendent with Security Clearance

The Challenge: We are seeking a Site Superintendent to join our team in the renovation and construction of various bases across the West Coast. Ideal candidates are willing to travel independent thinkers, self-motivated, communicate proactively, enjoy collaborating within and beyond the project team. This role requires travel to several different job sites. Principle Areas of Responsibility: · Must be able to develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules. · Demonstrated experience and competency applying the principles of UFGS 01 45 00.00 (Quality Control) and EM 385-1-1. · Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling meetings and reviewing project documents as needed.. · Collaborate with administrators on the supervision of construction operations. · Responsible for developing dig permits, outages plans, etc. as needed to schedule the work with the end users. · Oversee all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. · Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Basic Qualifications: · Minimum 5 years construction experience · Understands all facets of the construction process · Preferred QCS Trained, OSHA 30 Hour trained, Trade License (Electrician, Plumber, etc.) · Ability to pass a background check. Desired Skills · Proven work experience in US Government construction management · Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
