**Billing Coordinator**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the **Billing Coordinator **include the following.
- Daily Cash Receipt Entry.
- Prepare and maintain invoicing.
- Payable Reconciliations.

**Qualifications/Competencies **needed to perform the job as **Billing Coordinator** successfully include:

- Ability to multitask/work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Must understand accounts receivable/payable with at least 1 year accounting experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate both orally an in writing on an above average level.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to deal comfortably and professionally with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to work well under pressure, work independently and adjust to changing priorities.
