Administrative Assistant, Therapy Practice

Phoenix Wellness Center, a mental health counseling private practice with locations in Princeton, NJ and Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking an administrative assistant to join their team.
Qualifications:
- Positive and optimistic attitude that can handle flexibility and change.
- Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong organization skills.
- Experience with Simple Practice is a plus
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls for potential clients and scheduling
- Making phone calls to insurance companies on as needed basis
- Medical Billing
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative assistance: 1 year (preferred)
