**Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm with an hour lunch. Training is in person in the office. There is an opportunity to work from home after successful completion of training. **QUALIFICATIONS**: Associates Degree or Bachelors degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Anthropology, Political Science, History, Criminal Justice, Theology, Nursing, Early Education or Counseling, Information Technology, preferred; or qualification as a Mental Health Professional as defined by the PA Department of Public Welfare, or previous experience working in human service related field. Parenting experience preferred_**. **_Good community networking skills, public speaking skills and written and oral communication skills preferred. Familiarity with personal computer word-processing and databases required. Excellent phone skills required. **Bilingual** **preferred.**

Pay: $38,000.00 per year
