Job Overview:
As an Anti-Glare Coating Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the anti-glare coating process within our organization. This includes material organization, chemical ordering, coating schedules, machine operation, maintenance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role requires flexibility, self-motivation, high standards, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Material Organization: Maintain inventory of coating materials, ensuring adequate stock levels for uninterrupted operations.

Chemical Ordering: Place orders for chemicals and other materials necessary for the coating process, while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Coating Schedules: Develop and manage coating schedules to meet production targets and customer deadlines.

Flexibility: Be available for early mornings and late evenings as needed, demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness.

Machine Operation: Possess a basic understanding of electric and mechanical systems to operate coating machinery effectively.

Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on coating machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Self-Motivation: Take initiative in setting and achieving departmental goals, maintaining high standards of performance and quality.

Department Leadership: Assume the role of department head, establishing rules, regulations, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Friendly Attitude: Foster a positive work environment by communicating effectively with team members and displaying a friendly attitude.

Cultural Fit: Embrace and embody the company culture, contributing to a cohesive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in coatings or related field preferred.

Proven experience with machines.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Basic understanding of electric and mechanical systems, machine functions, and repair tools.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of setting and achieving high standards.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
