Job Title: Director of Rehab

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehab to join our team and oversee all rehabilitation services within our organization. The Director of Rehab will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to meet the needs of our patients and promote optimal outcomes. This individual will provide leadership and direction to a team of rehab professionals, ensuring quality of care and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the rehab needs of our patients
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of rehab professionals
- Ensure quality of care and compliance with regulations
- Monitor and evaluate rehab programs and services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families
- Manage budget and resources effectively
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of regulations and standards governing rehabilitation services
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
