Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in managing waitlists and reservations
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Provide guests with information about the restaurant, such as daily specials or promotions
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist in coordinating with other staff members to ensure excellent guest service

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service principles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
