**Responsibilities**:

- Tracks LIHTC process for each individual applying
- Maintains all current and past LIHTC files
- Handles all audits of LIHTC files
- Keeps up to date with all material from IHCDA (Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority
- Tracks all vacant and occupied rooms
- Facilitates move-ins
- Maintains knowledge compliance for Indiana properties
- Maintains knowledge of specific forms IHCDA require
- Oversees the IHCDA reporting requirements and overview of its online management system

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role in a long-term care facility preferred
