**Your local Walmart is now hiring Asset Protection Customer Host Associates**:

- Full-Time or Part-Time positions. Pay starts between $16.00 / hour. AP Customer Host's_ _schedules fall between 6am-12am, usually 1st or 2nd shift._

**What you'll do**

We are looking for people with specific skills and interests to fill our specialized roles. While your specific responsibilities will vary by department, we need you to be knowledgeable, professional and above all, committed to giving our customers the highest level of service. Are you passionate about security and safety? As an Asset Protection associate, you are responsible for detecting and deterring theft while keeping customers and associates safe.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greeting and thanking customers as they enter and leave the store.
- Acting as a visual theft deterrent.
- Keeping the front entrances safe for customers.
- Ensuring merchandise brought into the store for return is properly managed.
- Checking receipts on large, unbagged items.
- Removing keeper boxes, spider wrap, and deactivating Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) tags when the cashier fails to do so.
