**How You’ll Shine**

As an Inbound Reservations Agent, you’ll make booking vacations a breeze for owners. You’ll learn everything you need to know about our timeshare products, brands, resorts, and destinations.

Though no two days are the same at Wyndham Destinations, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Make reservations for owners
- Troubleshoot reservation issues and help owners change or cancel existing reservations
- Ask discovery questions to learn more about owners’ vacation preferences
- Become an expert on our resorts, amenities, and destinations
- Check resort availability and suggest alternative dates or accommodations if needed
- Confirm reservation details to ensure accuracy and explain policies
- Educate owners about vacation insurance and points protection
- Provide assistance with additional travel planning
- Answer questions about the vacation club product and how it’s used

You will start your career in the Reservations department to master this role. Based on your performance, you will have the opportunity to transition into dual branding or an elevated que to grow your career and help put the world on vacation.

Pay and Schedule:

- $15.50 an hour
- Training schedule (4 weeks): 9:00am - 6:00PM EST
- Initial schedule after training: 1:30pm-10:00pm EST during the week and 11:30am-8:00pm EST on weekends and some holiday. A specific schedule with be assigned during training

**What You’ll Bring**
- Passion for travel and hospitality
- Good listening and conversational skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Six months of customer service or sales experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- Quiet workplace free of distractions
- High speed internet (DSL or Cable only) with download speed of 20mbps, upload speed 3mbps, Latency less than 100ms
- Must be able to hardwire computer directly to router/modem
- Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues while at home
