Peer Support Specialist Trainee

14 paid holidays a year - After 60 days there is paid medical, dental and life insurance, plus a matched 401k, and there is a vision and telehealth program available.
Full-Time - After the first year there is an additional 1 week paid vacation.
Part-Time - After the first year there is a prorated paid vacation.

This is an entry level position and no previous experience is needed, since the company does the necessary training. There are multiple career paths for growth. This is just the beginning where you start with the company, but it is only limited by where you want to grow by choosing your own path.

This is an entry level position into the behavioral health field with a company that grooms it team to grow in their positions and income.

Provide recovery support services in various settings to peers within the community to support, educate and provide services to advance recovery and wellness. Quality wellness services to promote recovery and deliver the message that mental health recovery is not a remission or a miracle cure, but the process of living a fulfilling life despite illness and loss.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

- Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
- Clear a background investigation and drug test.
- If in recovery, must have one year of stability.
- HS Diploma or GED

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
