_**Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm**_

**What you'll be doing**:

- Responsible for correcting and adjusting time on WMS.
- Maintain department schedules and track/approve PTO, vacation/holiday pick process.
- Work as a direct report to the supervisor, helping lead and control the teams daily, weekly, monthly goals.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities, communications, and a strong say: do ratio.
- Oversees audits and daily work activity to ensure smooth operations.
- Overseeing and maintaining sanitation supplies
- Annual training, Annual certifications, Company initiative projects, Team recognition

**Qualifications**
- Strong background in PC utilization of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and Leadership regarding daily payroll, payroll irregularities, scan variances, operational irregularities, open positions.
- Excellent communication skills with all team members and a positive attitude, navigating associate questions, the ability to resolve problems with a high degree of professionalism.

Pay: $23.10 - $34.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
