If you are interested in making a difference in the lives of others, join our team We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for PRN (work as needed on days or nights (7a-7p) or (7p - 7a).
The Behavioral Health Technician provides basic nursing care, aids with activities of daily living, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of the Hospital Supervisor and the assigned RN to the unit.
Qualifications:
**Education**:High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Minimum two (2) years of education focused on nursing, psychology, social service, medicine or related field preferred. Completion of EMT, CNA, Medical Assistant, Security training program or equivalent preferred.
**Experience**:Experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
