**Summary**

Children?s International School at FSI, is seeking energetic, creative educators.

Children?s International School provides hands-on learning that addresses the whole child, with an emphasis on the Reggio Emilia philosophy and Creative Curriculum.

**Duties**
- To provide a warm, nurturing, and safe learning environment that encourages children to explore and grow.
- To implement an intercultural curriculum that meets the social, physical, and emotional needs of a child.
- To direct the children and encourage them in their daily activities.
- To maintain good communication with parents, teacher assistants, and Director.
- To keep staff informed of program goals and developments.
- To develop a cooperative and supportive attitude within the school.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional child care experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
- High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment
- A strong understanding of child development.
- Ability to record significant individual and group behavior
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must pass a Federal Government background check and a health screening
- Must be a US citizen

**Nice To Haves**
- Relevant education background: CDA, AA, BS/BA in ECE or a child-related field
