Available Monday-Friday in a full-time or part-time position. Secretary will assist management with administrative tasks to promote efficient operations in the office.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Maintain spreadsheet with all traffic control jobs completed
- Collecting, filing, and organizing office documents
- Assist Hiring Manager with employee orientation
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
- Transcribing or taking notes during meetings and writing minutes, memos and/or agendas
- Reviewing Traffic Control Forms for invoicing
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Answering the phone and dispatching jobs for Traffic Control Services

**QUALIFICATION**
- Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking and planning
- Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude
- Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision
- Keen attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
