The Training Manager is a fast paced opportunity focused on leading the training and development function to increase operational efficiency and employee engagement while reducing company turnover through innovative and effective training and development programs. The manager evaluates the needs of the different departments and drives training initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This position will require local travel and work at multiple locations.

**Directly Reports To**:Human Resources Director

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Partner with operational managers, leadership, front line employees and various departments to understand business needs and create programs to impact all levels of the organization.
- Lead new hire initiatives by leading various forms of onboarding, orientation and skills training for employees in partnership with the HR team and on-site management.
- Create leader guides, participant manuals, course evaluations and other support materials to enhance performance improvement strategies. Coach and guide department leadership on implementing and utilizing training materials.
- Develop and facilitate leadership training for new and experienced managers.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Create and manage HR Leaning Management System (through UKG).
- Monitors enrollment and attendance at training classes.
- Partners with, trains, and coaches managers and supervisors in employee development efforts.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
- 5 years prior experience in program development, compliance training or similar field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Training & Development or related field..Proven success in a production environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite and Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to moderate and facilitate large group sessions as well as 1:1 coaching.
- Experience building rapport and interacting with key stakeholders and internal partners.
- Certification to facilitate leadership classes from various vendors helpful.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
