**Key Responsibilities**:
**_Financial Management:_**
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Manage expenses and billing, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Conduct audits and reconciliations, manage accounts receivable, and oversee incentive processes.
- Collaborate with branches on financial operations, including tax filings and cost control measures.

**_Payroll Processing & HR:_**
- Oversee payroll, including hours, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Manage wage deductions, incentives, and compensation programs.
- Maintain meticulous payroll records and handle end-of-year documentation.
- Administer health plans and manage employee benefits.

**_Administrative Duties:_**
- Manage general business files and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with FMSCA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee leases, assets, property management, and reporting duties.

**_Performance Reporting & Management:_**
- Conduct performance reporting and forecasting.
- Manage Key Performance Metrics and ensure integrity in tracking and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Valid CPA certification in compliance with the state Board of Accountancy regulations
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- 3+ years of experience in financial management and administration.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ADP Run, and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of tax filing and compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
