- Securely load construction and solid waste debris into dump trucks and dumpsters using wheelbarrows
- Utilize shovels and brooms to clear dirt and solid waste/construction debris
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the job site.
**Requirements**:
- Dependable transportation personal vehicle to arrive to jobsite on-time
- Capability to drive to various job sites (need personal auto insurance)
- Team player attitude, receptive to safe and prompt direction
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction, preferably in demolition
- Proficiency in using tools such as jackhammers, shovels, brooms, and wheelbarrows to maintain cleanliness at job sites
- Competence in safely operating both hand and power tools
- Capacity to meet physical demands, including safely loading dump trucks and dumpsters
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program
- Must wear safety hardhats, gloves, goggles, ect. during work hour
- Must be able to legally work in the U.S.A

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in demolition or construction preferred but not required
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the demolition structures using hand tools, power tools, BOBCAT, Excavator
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Remove debris and waste materials from demolition sites
- Sort and salvage materials for recycling or reuse
- Operate equipment such as jackhammers, bulldozers, and excavators under supervision
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
