**ABOUT FORCE HOME SERVICES HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING & PLUMBING**

Force Home Services, formerly known as Air Force Mechanical, has come a long way since its inception in 1998. Over the years, we have grown and expanded, and our name has evolved to reflect that change. We provide heating, air conditioning, and plumbing (HVAC) services locally from Dallas to Plano and Southlake to Denton. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of our company You provide superb customer care to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.

Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule appointments, and accurately coordinate dispatching for our technicians and plumbers. You are detail-oriented and work hard to ensure that services are scheduled with maximum efficiency and customers and field crew are well-informed and supported Although the days are busy with a variety of tasks, you maintain a calm demeanor with customers and fellow co-workers and pride yourself in being level-headed and easily adapt to an ever-evolving day

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma/GED
- No industry experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Internet platforms
- Prefer some customer service experience
- Need to live within 10-15 miles of our location

This position works **Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm**.
