**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **May be required to fabricate using a variety of materials.**:

- **Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and project specifications to understand the scope and requirements of industrial carpentry projects.**:

- **Construction and Installation: Execute the construction and installation of industrial structures, including but not limited to, framing, formwork, scaffolding, and other carpentry tasks.**:

- **Material Selection and Handling: Select appropriate materials based on project specifications, ensuring efficient use and proper handling of wood, metal, and other construction materials.**:

- **Precise Measurements: Take accurate measurements and ensure precise cuts to meet project specifications and maintain high-quality standards.**:

- **Equipment Operation: Maintain valid certifications or licenses needed to operate equipment.**:

- **Proper use and maintenance of various tools such as saws, drills, and sanders, ensuring their safe and effective use.**:

- **Safety Compliance: Adhere to and enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.**:

- **Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and fellow carpenters, to ensure seamless project execution.**:

- **Problem Solving: Identify and resolve challenges or obstacles encountered during the construction process, adapting to changing project requirements.**:

- **Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure that work meets high-quality standards and complies with project specifications and codes.**:

- **Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any changes made during the construction process.**:
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- **Basic reading, writing and math skills.**:

- **Basic use of hand tools (hammer, wrench, and tape measure).**:

- **Experience with powered tools such as drills, and saws.**:

- **The ability to multi-task, follow-through and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Ability to interact with a diverse workforce effectively and professionally.**:

- **Ability to take initiative with mínimal direction.**:

- **Excellent math skills with strong attention to detail and number accuracy.**:

- **Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.**:

- **Must be able to work under inclement weather conditions (hot, cold, and rain).**:
**Physical Requirements**:

- **Clarity of vision at varying distances to perform various work assignments.**:

- **Standing and walking for extended periods of time.**:

- **Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a variety of specialized tools and equipment.**:

- **Reaching overhead, above the shoulders, and horizontally.**:

- **Occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching.**:

- **Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling object(s) weighing up to 50 pounds.**:

- **Climbing ladders and working from heights as necessary.**:

- **The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.**:
