**Duties**:

- Perform planning, developing, and coordinating functions for advanced studies and assessments.
- Develop strategies for resolving project-related issues, engagements, and roadblocks.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to make recommendations to Senior Leaders for decision-making.

**Conditions of Employment**:

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance.
- This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019 and must pass urinalysis testing, as required prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports) upon entering the position and annually.
