**It is the responsibility of the BCaBA/QASP-S to work under the supervision of a BCBA and conduct various descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and skill-based assessments. Provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results and designs comprehensive ABA treatment plans based off of evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature. The BCaBA/QASP-S provides training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, and other responsible parties tasked with the implementation of behavior analytic interventions. The BCaBA/QASP-S then supervises and monitors treatment progress of a client through data-based progress monitoring. The BCBA also provides training to parents/guardians and other responsible parties for the client. The BCaBA will also provide direct implementation of ABA therapy.**

**Minimum qualifications and knowledge**
- **Bachelor’s degree**:

- **BACB Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Certification or QABA **Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Certification
- **Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification**:

- **Experience conducting VBMAPP and ABLLS-R assessments**:

- **Minimum of 2 years working with children, adults, and adolescents with various developmental disabilities**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience providing supervision of Behavior Technicians**:

- **Experience creating and modifying Behavior Intervention Plans and Treatment Plans**:

- **1 year experience as a BCaBA/QASP-S**
