Office Coordinator/administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and answering phones
- Maintain office organization and efficiency/follow up with service coordinator as needed
- Review EVV compliance through HHA Exchange and follow up with care givers as needed
- Review/update caregiver and Patient files
- Complete annual trainings/onboarding with caregivers
- Conduct interviews with caregivers
- Review/Complete Payroll
- Adhere to OLTL/Keystone policies/procedure
- Complete in person intake for newly assigned patients
- Complete incident reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of Home care/Home health care
- Familiarity with administrative tasks in a professional setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience as non-medical receptionist is advantageous
- Proficient in using word document/Excell.
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
