We have Habilitation group homes and Medical group homes located in the Avondale/Goodyrar area. Our Habilitation group homes are licensed for 3 individuals and Medical for 6 individuals. The individuals served can range from bed bound and total care to others that are able to care for themselves.

Medical group homes have a nurse on duty 24/7 to assist with all care along with the caregivers.

Habilitation group homes are staffed with caregivers based on the required staffing ratio in the home.

We are looking for self motivated CNAs or Caregivers who are excited about caring for this population. _Experience is preferred, but not required; looking for individuals willing to learn. _

**Our group homes have 8hr or 12hr shifts based upon the need of the members in the home.**

We are looking for **Full Time **and **PRN Pool staff.
