Director - Coordinated Entry System (CES)

(Families, Single Adults & Youth)

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES The Director - CES is responsible for on-going administration and oversight of Family, Single Adult & Youth CES in Service Planning Area 8 (SPA 8). Responsible for building capacity and utilization of CES with key providers and service systems. Primary duties include assessing partner agency operations and developing improvement plans to support effective integration of CES practices.

SPECIFIC DUTIES - Provide management assistance for external relationship-building and technical assistance provision. - Provide training to new and existing CES participating agencies to ensure proper utilization of the standardized assessment and housing placement tools. - Assist in building effective Coordinated Entry System for all homeless populations in SPA 8 - Support building the capacity of nonprofit organizations throughout the region in order to enhance their ability to effectively and efficiently reduce homelessness in the region. - Serve as primary agency representative for the Los Angeles City/County Homeless Initiatives. - Advise and manage local efforts to improve performance in key benchmarks of ending homelessness. - Cultivate necessary relationships with non-profit leadership, public agency staff, and community stakeholders. - Attend regular staff and agency meetings. Represent the agency/program in community meetings, as well as to potential donors and volunteers

ACCOUNTABILITY AND REVIEW Position reports to: Executive Director

Performance review: Annual

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
