- Oversee concessions responsibilities at Riverview Ice House and Carlson Ice Arena. Support Skate and Play Manager with Sapora Playworld, special events, private parties, rentals and birthday parties.

Leadership by Values

- Oversees the daily operations of the F&B department ensuring that proper staffing levels are maintained, and acceptable customer experience levels are exceeded as directed by the Skate and Play Manager.

- Monitors and reviews expenditures and purchasing for responsible areas of operations.
- Provide onsite support if required for emergencies before or after work hours.
