CRDN of Michigan and Northwest Ohio provides restoration of Textile, Electronics, Art, and other contents due to Fire, Smoke, Water, or other damage. We own and operate our own plants, and all work is done on our premises. We are proud to be a supplier to every major homeowners insurance company that offers coverage in Michigan and Northwest Ohio. We are one of a select group of dry cleaners committed to rigid standards of excellence and a full range of services.

**Sales Representative Position Overview**:
The Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships while providing excellent customer service in the cities of Grand Rapids, Lansing, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek and surrounding areas. This position will represent the company and create lasting impressions with our customers that set us apart from the competition. As a CRDN Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Possess the ability to learn, understand, and sell company provided services to potential and existing customers.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Serve as the point of contact and liaison between the business and customers.
- Interact with new and existing customers to evaluate needs and promote services.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
- Set priorities, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience.
- Restoration experience preferred.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Serve as the point of contact and liaison between the business and the customers.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
