**Primary Purpose**- RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Major Responsibilities and Duties**
- 1. Serves as the ERP systems security and administrator by establishing and maintaining user accounts, creating and maintaining Functional, Data and Workflow roles and assisting with end user troubleshooting.
- 2. Participates in testing, troubleshooting and collaborating with District End Users, Functional Teams, Technology Services and Vendor, as required, on system related issues.
- 3. Ensures technical safeguards are maintained to provide controlled user access while maintaining the integrity of financial and user data.
- 4. Performs regular system security audits and periodic security surveys to validate user accounts and associated Functional/Data access roles to ensure ERP system security remains current.
- 5. Maintains and documents system configurations.
- 6. Communicates ERP maintenance schedules to District users.
- 7. Assists in ERP system upgrades and module enhancement/implementations by creating test scripts, monitoring testing progress, assisting in user acceptance validation and reporting/documenting testing issues.
- 8. Works directly with appropriate personnel to understand project concept, objectives, and approach.
- 9. Collaborates with Functional teams and Technology Services to lead discovery sessions, develop process flowcharts, create business rules and scope business requirements in support of business office initiatives.
- 10. Assists Functional teams with financial analysis and reporting and implements strategies to address stakeholders’ strategic goals and needs.
- 11. Develops and provides necessary training to ERP system users.
- 12. Attendance at work is an essential function.
- 13. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or designee.- EXPERIENCE:
**Minimum Experience**:

- Minimum three (3) years of relevant ERP software system, system administration and/or analyst experience.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
**Minimum Education/Certification**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
- Degree may be substituted for an equivalent combination of applicable education, training, and experience as approved by HR.

**Special Knowledge/Skills**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of automated ERP Systems and modules
- Knowledge of the modern principles, trends and practices of school accounting and finance with emphasis on payroll rules and guidelines in some positions
- Knowledge of the modern principles, trends and practices of school human resources practices
- Principles and practices of public administration and maintenance of public records
- Configuration and testing of software.
