**Qualifications**:

- 3) Basic knowledge of custodial and lawn care practices.
- 4) Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- 5) Must be physically able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

**Requirements**:

- 1) Valid driver’s license (if required for lawn care duties).
