- Customer Service and Salesforce Usage Optimization and Maintenance:

- Serve as main point of contact for all inbound customer inquiries, must provide answers to technical questions
- Responsible for initiating the sales process by intake of inbound calls, make initial product and services to customers
- Responsible for gathering customer's business requirements; identify customer's business goals and objectives to ensure compatibility with Aculon products and services
- Assist in improving initial response rates, conversion and customer retention rates
- Review inbound purchase orders for customer requirements and notification of sales and operations of unusual needs.
- Responsible for laying the groundwork to create targeted marketing campaigns -Maintain computerized customer and prospect database (Salesforce)
- Assist in Salesforce Usage Optimization via proper and efficient organization of customer data, and inter-company communication
- Help establish best use practices for Salesforce
- Ability to provide administrative support to Business Development Team, when requested Mandatory Experience & Skills
- Min 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service in a Technical Field
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

General Qualifications/Requirements:

- BA/BS Degree in business, or science oriented discipline (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Chemistry (preferred, but not required)
- Must be efficient multi-tasker who can alternate between working autonomously under general supervision and intimately with a small team
- Ability follow instructions with a high degree of accuracy
- Intelligent, well-spoken, professional, friendly and courteous
- Skilled at strategic and consultative customer service
- Responsible for meeting order objectives
- Results oriented and able to work under pressure
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Various Internet Browsers)
- Self Motivated and Driven
- An excellent sense of humor
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
- Have the motivation and drive to meet deadlines
- Ability to ask and answer questions
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
