**GENERAL PURPOSE**

To receive and review printed packaging for support of ongoing and concurrent packaging efforts, including stock controls, security, regulatory document controls, and quality/proofreading of printed packaging components. Attention to detail is essential to this role.

Liaise with the Label Control department by coordinating the label proofing and inventory levels of designated projects to ensure that the goals or objectives of that project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Works under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
- Requires strong attention to detail to ensure all steps are through, no matter how small.
- Manages requests for label receiving, quality proofreading reviews, and inventory levels.
- Notifies appropriate groups regarding any non-conformances, missing source information, or inventory shortages.
- Prepares and maintains required documentation receipts as requested.
- Maintains an understanding of the production schedule to stay ahead of staging, issuing, and returning of labels.
- Manage multiple concurrent activities for projects at different stages of the cycle, to best meet timelines and keep packaging for production moving.
- Supports the end-to-end process as assigned to minimize the risk and associated costs of a significant error occurring.
- Monitor and maintain label stock inventories.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
