The Retail Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing retail stores' sales performance and operations within a specific geographic area. This role involves developing strategies to meet sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store operations, and leading and mentoring store managers and their teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence within the designated territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retail partners.
- Conduct regular sales calls and visits to retail partners to promote HVAC products, provide training, and address any issues.
- This position requires frequent travel to retail partner locations, and company meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share is required.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The capacity to establish and sustain connections with a variety of stakeholders is essential.
- Understanding of HVAC systems and products.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory as required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Pay Transparency**:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from **$70k-$120k **annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

Pay: $83,657.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel
- Up to 50% travel
- Up to 75% travel
