Social Services Coordinator

Meridian Group, Inc. has an opening for a full time Social Service Coordinator at Dryden Terrace Apartments in Madison, WI. The property consists of 100 Section 8 apartments designated for seniors and people with a disability. This position will assist residents in identifying needs, connecting to services and their community, and helping them remain independent and successful in their tenancy. The Service Coordinator also coordinates with community agencies to bring health, wellness, and educational programming to the property.

Must be able to provide your own transportation. This position qualifies for our full time benefits program and competitive salary.
