Accounts Payable/payroll Clerk

Job Duties:
Accounts Payable
- Point person for all accounts payable functions
- Entering invoices from vendors (xtraCHEF by Toast)
- Reconciling account statements
- Weekly bill payments
- Reconciling and entering credit card statements
- Vendor setup and maintenance
- Filing
- Annual 1099 and personal property tax submissions.
- Other duties as necessary

Payroll
- Process weekly payroll (Toast payroll)
- Manage time and attendance system
- Onboarding of new employees to payroll and time systems
- Entering payroll journal entries into QBO
- Submitting 401k info weekly with payroll
- Assist with administration of benefits (health, vision, dental, workers comp, etc)
- Periodic reporting to government agencies, 401k, workers comp
- Filing
- Other duties as necessary

Office
- Assist with answering phones calls and taking bakery orders from customers
- Assist with ordering office supplies as needed
- Assist with data entry into QBO accounting system
- Other duties as necessary

Applicant must:

- have proficient knowledge in data entry, excel and word
- have great organizational skills and time management
- be able to communicate effectively on the phone and in person
- be able to work as a team but also independently when needed
- be able to multi task and have great attention to detail
- help manage vendor relations
- have the ability to manage file systems
- be able to perform basic receptionist duties
- have a warm personality who works well in a team based environment
- be dependable and professional

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
