**Job Summary**:
We are a mental health practice seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to clean our 11 campus located in the greater Grand Rapids area. As an Office Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our office spaces. We have 11 campuses that vary in size; some are as small as 2,000 sq. feet and others are 4,000 sq. feet, some have a restroom in our suite, others do not.
The position is for an Independent Contractor (1099 position) and the cleaning can be done on your schedule, however it must be after business hours:
After 8pm Monday - Friday
After 2pm on Saturdays
Anytime on Sundays
*Applicants _**must**_ have a reliable vehicle to commute in between campuses for the cleanings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean interior glass entry door, glass surfaces, and office furniture
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards
- Refill soap dispensers and paper towel holders
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in office cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
The pay is $800/week, paid every 2 weeks. Cleaning supplies are available at each campus.
