We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the healing process of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide nursing care to individuals and groups of patients, including coordination of care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Teach patients and their families about self-care and provide education on discharge and aftercare planning.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients and staff, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address potential risks to patient safety.
- Licensed to practice in the state of Michigan.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Previous clinical experience in psychiatric nursing.
